This year CPSG's Youth group - Youth Lifting Youth is more than excited for their THIRD Mental Wellbeing Expo ‘Mind Over Matter’ on Sept 9, 2023 at Genesis Center Multipurpose Room.

The purpose of this FREE event is to build a space dedicated for youth mental health awareness. This event is a wonderful opportunity for youth to connect with the community and learn about the various resources structured around Mental Health.

The objective this year is to help students manage stress while balancing academics and careers.

We also welcome organizations serving youth to highlight their programs and have interactions with vulnerable youth.
