Camp Deen is an annual 6-day overnight Muslim summer camp for boys and girls ages 7-17 at Christie Lake Campgrounds on August 20-26, 2023.

We are a welcoming, non-denominational Muslim camp that encourages empathy and inclusivity. We strive for everyone to leave camp enriched in the spirit of being a Canadian-Muslim with new friends, appreciation for their faith, and memories that will last a lifetime!

History:

Founded in 1973, Camp Deen began when Muslim immigrants in Toronto longed for a wholesome camp experience for their children. Fifty years later, we are proudly still running as a grassroots, non-profit, community-led summer camp for Canadian-Muslim children to feel a sense of community, friendship, and practice their spirituality in a safe, beautiful environment.
